Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

Non-returnable items

Some items are not eligible for return: final sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized pieces
